Votes and 'followship' come to those who inspire

With just days to go until the election questions have arisen around the diversity of our country’s leadership and the major factors holding back Australia’s productivity and growth on the world stage. People are looking to Rudd or Abbott for a message from the heart (because it’s vision, values and passion that inspire ‘followship’ not a job title or rhetoric) but both men seem to have forgotten their voters comprise immigrants from most counties in the world and that 50% of them are not male.  Read More...
